Position Title: IT Inside Sales Executive
Location: Delhi
Reports to: Sales Manager/Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic IT Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our IT products and solutions by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting our cutting-edge IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
   
• Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other prospecting methods.
• Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities by gathering detailed requirements and understanding customer needs.
2. Sales Development & Relationship Building:
   
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to increase sales opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and discussions to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
   
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals and meet sales targets.

1. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
   
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to understand customer requirements and propose relevant IT solutions.
2. Achieve Sales Targets:
   
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and feedback to management.
3. Customer Satisfaction:
   
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure product/service delivery and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT or technology sales.
• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
