Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the company's sales efforts by prospecting, nurturing leads, managing customer accounts, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Signellent Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an ability to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Research and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients for ongoing sales.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions that meet their requirements.
- Regularly follow up with leads and clients to track the progress of sales.
- Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:
- Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of Signellent Technologies' offerings.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all opportunities are accurately tracked.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead progress, and results.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate leads and attract customers.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customized product solutions and demos.
- Customer Support & Follow-Up:
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide support for post-sale issues when required.
- Ensure a smooth handover of accounts to the account management or customer success team.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (preferably in technology or IT industry).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Attributes:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the technology or IT industry is a significant advantage.
- Previous experience working in a startup or technology-focused company.
- B2B sales experience is a plus.
