Role & responsibilities

Required Ex Military like Honary Captain, JCOs and Subedar and additional required any safety course.

Key Areas:

Key result area shall include the following:

Implementing Safety and Security norms as per manual.

Constant monitoring / checking CCTV & guarding personnel on their post.

Keep sharp vigilance and gather intelligence report.

Security Survey i.e. premises, materials, personnel, locating safety hazards, fire hazards, position of extinguishers and hydrants.

Preliminary investigation of incidents and recording in Incident Reporting Register.

Keep the CFS pilferage free zone.

Training and Development

programmes with help of HSSE Corporate team of Allcargo and implement the safety and security personnel to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Maintaining uniforms code and discipline amongst all contractors.

Keep the firefighting system / equipment in readiness.

Risk Assessment :- Conduct regular risk assessment to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate them with the help of maintenance team and HR Admin.

Maintain Key Register & ensure control over same.
