Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding environmental health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure all practices comply with safety and environmental laws.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Provide training and education on EHS programs to employees at all levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement health and safety initiatives across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• years of experience in EHS management, with at least [X] years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations (local, state, and federal).
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive EHS initiatives.
