Boiler Manager/Engineer - Unnao

Role & responsibilities

1. Should handle solid fuel steam boilers up to 10 TPH , hot water heating systems & RO plant up to 20 KL/H

2. Should manage the Fluidized Bed Combustion Combipac Boiler with Multi Fuels like Coal, Paddy Husk, Coffee Husk, FO, Ingesta etc

3. Preferably for IBL & Thermax Make Boiler O & M experience

4. Good Experience on Shell type boiler, Bag Filters, MDC, Fans, Air Compressor, Sugar Cane crusher, Paddle dryer, Expeller Machine etc.

5. Perform Mobrey test, safety valve test etc.

1. To ensure preparation & timely execution of preventive maintenance of plant and utility Equipment's as per schedule.

7. Must be Capable of Operating the FBC Boilers with PLC SCADA system.

8. Must able to maintain a team of workmen in the Boiler section.

9. To maintain & verified with operator the Log Books, daily Maintenance log book,

10. To Preparing of MIS report, CAPEX, R& M budgeting & estimate etc

1. To prepare SOP as per cGMP and regulatory/ Customer audit requirements.

12. Must be coordinating with other user departments for requirement of steam and act upon.

13. Monitors boiler system to ensure it is operating safely and properly.

1. To maintain critical spare inventory of all plant and Utility related work engineering items.
2. To ensure customer / regulatory audits compliance monitoring.

16. Facilitates periodic boiler cleaning.

1. To ensure that the project activity is completed as per plan.

18. To Handle the Unskilled/ contract workmen in the Boiler, Fuel handling and Ash Handling systems.

1. To guide/mentor the subordinates in enhancing their skills through various trainings.

20. Statutory and EHS Compliance.

21. Preferably for those with RO/Softener plant experience.

1. Techno-commercial evaluation for project Equipment's.
2. Inspection of Project Equipment's at vendor end

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification - BE Mechanical

Experience - 12 to 15 Years of experience in Boilers

BOE certificate/qualification mandatory
