Back Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage company documentation, records, and files
• Handle data entry, database management, and report generation
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents

• Process invoices, orders, and payments
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers
• Maintain inventory and supply chain records
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures

• Manage expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements
• Support accounting teams in record-keeping and reconciliation

Preferred candidate profile

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management
✔ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
