1. Inform and envision APC Bible College students about PAMFI and invite applications. Inform
and envision Christian ministers (non-APC Bible College graduates) about PAMFI, and invite them to enlist in PAMFI Bootcamp . Review, interview, and screen PAMFI applicants, every year.
2. Provide ongoing equipping, care, support, and assistance to PAMFI ministers as they engage in ministry in their areas.
3. Help address problems for PAMFI ministers may need help/assistance with. 4. Organize ongoing fellowship events/opportunities for PAMFI ministers in their
regions/areas. 5. Implement the organizational and administrative structure and systems to scale and run
PAMFI effectively. 6. Leverage software systems to provide necessary support to administer PAMFI. 7. Work with APC Bible College, CPAP and APC Missions to facilitate teams to visit and serve
PAMFI churches to help with their growth and equipping. 8. Report and work closely with the Senior Pastor to implement new ideas, strategies, and
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must have a definite call of God to this kind of ministry role, with a strong passion for God s Word and depth in the Spirit.
Must be passionate about equipping men and women to be strong ministers of God who will have impact and influence in the world.
Must be a visionary to see opportunities where CPAP can grow and fulfill its mission of church planting globally.
Must be a strong leader, organized, responsible, team player, and committed to excellence.
Must have an advanced degree (Masters or higher), preferably in Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with media and digital engagement, and IT systems a big plus.
Prior experience in church planting, with understanding and exposure to urban and rural contexts is necessary.
Being multi-lingual is a big plus.

Must be personally strong in the Word and the Spirit.
A personal life of integrity, godly example, and strong moral character.
