Summary:
Responsible for Driving Brand activities in the year across channels, geographies to ensure delivery against Brand Marketing and Business Objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Identifying Brand Strategy to drive growth.
2. Identify product innovation and renovation ideas to keep bringing New News to the portfolio
3. Develop the Annual Brand Plan with Key Growth Pillars and execution elements there in.
4. Work with Agency partners to develop Creative execution across Offline and Online Media
5. Identify periodic initiatives to boost sales e.g. Consumer Promotions
6. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Brand initiatives are delivered in a timely manner
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Atleast 3 years experience in a Brand Management role.
- Max 5-6 years experience overall.
- Experience should be in FMCG
- High Energy, Self driven individual.
- Worked in a category which has a strong presence in MT or E-commerce channel.
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Prior experience in Categories such as Air Care, Personal Care (but not Cosmetics or Salon Brands).
- Worked on categories which have a strong play across both Retail as well as Modern Trade & E-commerce
