We are looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to lead and drive brand strategy and execution across channels and geographies. This role is critical in shaping the brand narrative, launching innovations, and achieving marketing and business objectives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify product innovation and renovation opportunities to bring fresh news to the portfolio.
- Build and execute the annual brand plan with key growth pillars and detailed execution elements.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop impactful campaigns across offline and online platforms.
- Drive periodic consumer promotions and tactical sales-boosting initiatives.
- Monitor competitive landscape and category trends; develop and implement responsive action plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of brand initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Overall 4 to 6/7 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry is a must.
- Strong exposure to Modern Trade and/or E-commerce channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage creative development and execution.
- High energy, self-driven, and resilient with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Traditional Trade channels and category dynamics.
Job Requirements:
- The role requires regular travel to markets for on-ground insights and execution tracking.
