All India Football Federation is looking for an experienced and talented Executive for National Competitions (Men). # Particulars Details 1 Base location Football house, Sector -19, Dwarka, New Delhi 2 Remuneration Package As per industry standards.
Key Deliverables. # 1 Overall planning, execution, and operations of National Competitions (Men) 2 Management and delivery of all AIFF organized competitions to include scheduling the tournaments, preparation of competition regulations, players, and team registrations. 3 Work with Member Associations to deliver the Preliminary Rounds of the Tournaments wherever applicable & the Final Rounds 4 Plan & conduct draws & issue fixtures for Tournaments. 5 Preparation of budget for all AIFF conducted tournaments 6 Liaise with the Head of the Department and Director Finance & Accounts regarding financial approvals, subsidies, and other financial matters 7 Work with Marketing & Sponsorship services managers to oversee match delivery, which consider the needs of broadcaster & clubs. 8 Design an operational plan for the Venues and technical matters like Stadium/Ground bookings, Broadcast & marketing & branding plan with related departments. 9 Interact with Player Status department for registration of players. 10 Develop, support, and administer National Football Championships for men. 11 Preparation of football Calendar with continued focus on alignment to the Domestic competitions and FIFA windows. 12 Develop close association with MAs & clubs. 13 Work closely with Referees department for competition related matters including match officials. 14 Provide reports and information to the head of department on participation on any specific programs. 15 To be a prime contact point after head of the department for all competitions and on all national competition related matters & International matches for AIFF.
Qualifications. Work experience of minimum 2-4 years in organising competitions.
Sports Management graduate or relevant qualification required.
Excellent communication skills, written and presentation.
Proven experience working in similar role in Clubs/Mas.
Must have handled Competitions independently.
Knowledge of AIFF CMS.
Strong ability to go into details of match organization.
Experience in tournament delivery and understanding of what is required to run a professional football Tournament.
Understanding of core principles of Football Development.
Basic IT knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
Awareness of strategic goals of AIFF.
Must be able to lead & motivate his department.
