Executive/Sr. Executive - EHS

Role & responsibilities :

• Regular follow up of companys EHS Policy.
• Smooth operation and maintenance of MEE, ETP, RO and ATFD plant.
• To comply with the all statutory & legal norms / requirements, w.r.t. MPCB, CPCB, DISH & MOEF.
• Updation of Legal register.
• All EHS SOP draft preparation & creating awareness to departmental employees.
• To check the compliances of the work permit systems of MEE, ETP, RO and ATFD plant.
• Creating safety awareness amongst all employees.
• Look for unsafe condition and take corrective action in MEE, ETP, RO and ATFD plant.
• Reporting of any minor / major Accident / incident / near miss of MEE, ETP, RO and ATFD plant.
• Maintaining a safe working environment in MEE, ETP, RO and ATFD plant.
• Responsible for departmental documentation related to Safety.
• Responsible for storage & disposal of Hazardous Waste of MEE, ETP, RO and ATFD plant.
• Audit document preparation related to ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certification.
• Ensuring no leakage of gases, fumes from scrubbers and from MEE, ETP, RO and ATFD plant.
• Ensuring no discharge of effluent to CETP if parameters are not complying with MPCB, CPCB norms.
• Daily plant round for site inspection.
• Completion & follow all safety committee meeting, HAZOP, HIRA, PSSR, MOC, ISO(Internal & External), GSK & Internal safety audit points.
• Maintaining inventory of chemicals, spares and require material for EHS department by using SAP operation
• Preparing daily report for EHS.
• Submitting annual return like FORM-4,FORM-5 , EC Compliance and FORM - B
