Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (3-6 yrs)

We are hiring a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer for one of our client MNC.

Role Purpose :

- Be part of a self-organizing and cross-functional Agile team.

- Create well-crafted solutions with Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Write resilient code for continuous testing, deployment, and performance at scale.

- Contribute to technical direction and improvement of tools and processes.

- Ensure CRM and Chatbot systems are performant, resilient, secure, and monitored in production.

Responsibilities :

- Research, design, configure, implement, and maintain high-quality software systems using MS CRM Dynamics 365, Unified Service Desk (USD), and .NET technologies to meet client requirements.

- Lead design initiatives with solution architects and business analysts, transforming designs into implementation with developers' support.

- Develop, customize, and unit test software systems according to technical specifications, standards, and industry best practices, adhering to project deadlines.

- Maintain existing applications, including Level 3 support, bug fixing, and enhancements in coordination with the app support team.

- Deploy applications in production with the application support team, overseeing development and test environments.

- Facilitate deployment in test environments.

- Provide clear code comments following standard coding patterns.

- Maintain low-level design documents with the assistance of solution/data architects.

- Create unit test cases that follow industry standards and testing practices.

- Maintain deployment documentation and transfer knowledge to the operations team for development work.

Skills & Experience :

- MS CRM Dynamics 365 (or previous online versions)

- MS CRM SDK (Plugins & Workflows)

- JavaScript / jQuery

- C# (2.0 & Higher) / ASP.NET

- Web Services / WCF

- SQL / SQL Server 2008 Integration Services

- Design / Scrum Methodology

- MS Azure (PaaS & IaaS)

- Excellent communication skills

- Customization and development of MS CRM Dynamics 365 using MS CRM SDK and JavaScript

- Engineering web services using C# and WCF with practical knowledge of SOA, XML, XSL, and XSD

- Performance optimization in C# and SQL Server (including caching, query optimization, and robust class design)

- Familiarity with TFS, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Enterprise Library, NUnit, IIS, or similar tools and frameworks
