Job Description :

We are seeking a Dot Net Technical Lead with extensive hands-on experience in .NET technologies and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions, and contributing to the development and deployment of .NET applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of 8 members, providing technical guidance and support.

- Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core and related technologies.

- Database Management : Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and manage databases efficiently.

- Agile Project Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).

- Front-End Development : Develop interactive user interfaces using Angular 14/15.

- CI/CD Deployment : Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployment.

- Cloud Integration : Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using Azure and AWS.

- Code Review : Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Required Technical Skills :

Core Expertise :

- .NET/.NET Core : 9+ years

- SQL : 8+ years

- Angular (14/15) : 4+ years

DevOps and Deployment :

- CI/CD Pipeline creation and deployment: 5+ years

Agile Methodology :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile projects (Scrum/Kanban).

Cloud Platforms :

- Basic knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud environments, including logging into cloud-based VDI and deployment in cloud infrastructure.
