Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hyland OnBase Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electronic Content Management (ECM) solutions and extensive experience in supporting, designing, and implementing OnBase systems in healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Management Solution Design :

- Plan, design, develop, test, implement, and modify content management solutions tailored to healthcare needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose effective OnBase solutions.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting :

- Provide ECM Helpdesk Support by addressing technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime.

- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement proactive measures.

Integration & Interfacing :

- Work on OnBase integration with EPIC and other healthcare systems, ensuring seamless workflows.

- Configure and manage interfaces utilizing HL7 messaging standards between OnBase and healthcare systems.

- Manage OnBase RightFax Integration for document distribution workflows.

Cloud and On-Premise Expertise :

- Maintain and optimize OnBase Cloud and OnBase Prem environments for clients.

- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry-specific regulations for data management.

Certifications & Workflow Optimization :

- Leverage certifications such as OnBase Level 2 Healthcare, OnBase Certified Installer, and OnBase Certified Workflow to implement best practices.

- Customize and optimize OnBase workflows to improve operational efficiency in healthcare setups.

Documentation & Training :

- Create detailed documentation for solutions, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Provide training and mentorship to end-users and team members.

Qualifications :

Mandatory Skills and Experience :

Professional Experience :

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Hyland OnBase with a focus on Electronic Content Management (ECM).

- Hands-on experience in healthcare environments, working with OnBase integration and EPIC interfaces.

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong knowledge of HL7 messaging and its applications in OnBase and EPIC interfaces.

- Experience with RightFax Integration and optimizing fax workflows.

- Proven expertise in OnBase Cloud and OnBase Prem management.

Certifications :

- OnBase Level 2 Healthcare Certification or OnBase Certified Installer.

- OnBase Certified Workflow accreditation is a must.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA).
