Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications using the Laravel framework.
- Develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements with a focus on clean, efficient code.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions that meet client requirements.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high code quality and best practices.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure the security of web applications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and code.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in PHP development, with substantial experience using Laravel.
- Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React).
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database design best practices.
- Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with unit testing and TDD (Test-Driven Development) is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a bonus.
- Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
