We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tableau Developer to join our team. As an experienced Tableau Developer**, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and analytics platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage your expertise in Tableau, SQL, and data modeling, and deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Tableau development, data visualization, and data analysis, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Proficiency in Tableau calculated fields, Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, table calculations, and custom visualizations.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
- Experience with Tableau parameterization, data blending, and publishing to Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud.
- Strong understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Advanced SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, window functions, and optimizing SQL queries for performance.
- Experience with data modelling, normalization.
- Ability to analyse large datasets, identify patterns, and create actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data validation and mapping processes.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting using Excel.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Tableau reports and dashboards.
- Strong debugging skills and the ability to optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Experience with data quality issues and resolving discrepancies in datasets.
