2️⃣ Understanding Audience Psychology

✅ Research top-performing thumbnails in the finance & stock market niche
✅ Apply YouTube CTR best practices (emotion-driven visuals, contrast, curiosity gaps)
✅ Use stock images, cutouts, and graphic elements that grab attention

3️⃣ Collaboration & Workflow Management

✅ Work with the YouTube team to align thumbnails with the content strategy
✅ Deliver thumbnails in advance to ensure timely video uploads
✅ Adapt thumbnails for YouTube Shorts, Community Posts & Paid Ads

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

🎯 1-3 years experience in graphic design, preferably in YouTube thumbnails
🎯 Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator
🎯 Ability to blend stock images, cutouts, and text effectively
🎯 Knowledge of YouTube algorithm, CTR optimization & A/B testing
🎯 Strong understanding of finance/trading-related visuals (Preferred)
