Engineering Lead (Blazor and Dot Net Core)

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead with mandatory expertise in .NET Core and Blazor to lead a team of developers, deliver robust software solutions, and contribute to the design and architecture of complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, advanced technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET Core and Blazor-based applications.
• Architect and build scalable, high-performance, and secure web solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
• Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.
• Ensure best practices in clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in .NET, Blazor, and front-end technologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Document technical designs, processes, and best practices.

Core Competencies:

• 6+ years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.).
• Minimum 6-month experience in .NET Core 8
• Minimum 1 year experience in Blazor.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams of software engineers.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server, NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
