Roles and Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating with various departments, office maintenance duties, travel desk services and providing support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating meetings and organizing office meetings and conferences for management and staff.

• to enter into maintenance contracts/AMC for the upkeep of office utilities like Electrical, CCTV, AC, EPABX, Photocopying activities, electricity installations, etc.
• Vendor management & prepare MIS for all expenses.
• Housekeeping and facility management ,Procure and monitor office supplies & stationary by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders as needed.
• Monitor and track for the renewal of any license, agreements, registrations/approvals.
• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and correspondence.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• To manage the travel desk for flight, train, hotel, & train booking.
• To able to handle RTO-related vehicle work and travel for the same.
• Attendance and employee conveyance.
• The candidate should be able to ride a two-wheeler.
