Job Purpose:
- Process Automation has evolved as the hottest technology sector as industries across the world have seen the potential benefits of automation of complex business processes.

- The role holder will be responsible for leading the business development and account management activities in the designated territory.
- The role will provide autonomy and complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle to drive Revenue growth and New client acquisitions for the organization.
- Account Management/Business Development Manager
- Obsessive focus on solving problems for the Customer through automation
- Ownership of the entire sales cycle ; Prospecting, Opportunity discovery, Consulting, Commercials and managing P&L.
- Foster relationships with C-level executives and relevant business heads of the client to ensure customer success across key touchpoints
- Drive Account penetration through customer success and organic business development
- Ownership and delivery on assigned sales targets.
Skills & Personal Attributes:

- Personal motivation to Own and Hustle for Growth
- Understanding of B2B and Technology sales to Fortune 500 clients and large domestic MNCs across India, SE Asia, Middle East and US
