Job description :
The Business Analyst/Project Manager is responsible for delivering consulting projects to Fortune 500 clients and top Indian MNCs by owning client engagements and managing projects from initiation to closure.
This role combines the analytical responsibilities of a Business Analyst with the leadership and executional aspects of a Project Manager.
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality outcomes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Take complete ownership of project delivery plans, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with product delivery teams, sales teams, clients, and account managers.
- Handle project escalations, variations, and complexities effectively.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Lead and mentor team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use and improve existing project methodologies and templates for effective execution.
Business Analysis :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, process diagrams, and workflows.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to align expectations and validate requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Key Skill Requirements :
Experience :
- 3+ years of experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver practical solutions.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g, MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Understanding of business process mapping and documentation techniques.
Communication & Collaboration :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Organizational Skills :
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mindset to drive projects from initiation to successful closure.
Adaptability :
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
