Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

Understanding Product Requirements: Work closely with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the product and its testing needs.

Understand customer requirements: Create customer requirement document after detailed discussions with the customer and implementation teams.

Creating High-Quality Documentation: Produce clear and concise test cases that meets the test coverage standards for the business requirements. Should be willing to participate in the business requirements meetings and document the discussion.

Understanding of automation tools: Should have experience on automation tools like JIRA, JMeter and Selenium.

Requirement Development: should be able to actively participate in the requirement development workshops and discussions and capture product requirements.

Testing: Conduct all types of testing.

Requirements and Skills

Technical Writing Experience: Should have experience in technical writing related to software documentation.

Experience in conducting various types of testing: Including manual testing, unit testing, integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and performance testing

Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with meticulous attention to detail.

Language Skills: Excellent written skills in English.

Software Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

SDLC Familiarity: Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Awareness of Agile methodology is required.

Education: MCA, Engineering, or a related educational degree is preferred.

Work experience requirement: 0-2 years.
