We are searching for an open-minded Regional Product Line Manager to operate effectively in a matrix environment. You will own the development and implementation of product line strategic plans across East Asia and India region. The person should have a proven track record to grow business in mechanical power transmission industry for belt drive system. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountability #1: Customer
Work closely with country commercial teams to conduct end market research, VOC survey (calls, field investigations) and monitor end market dynamics (end market size, growth rate, end market trends, key issues, threats, opportunities).
Provide clear product value proposition to commercial organization for their upselling.
Continually analyze and interpret end users feedback and bench marking data, propose product specification for product improvement and development.
Accountability #2: Process / Performance
Formulate and deliver product strategic plans with approved product objectives for each country.
Analyze and drive product key results (Sales, Profitability, Delivery, Quality accident, Availability, Customer retention, Vitality) on regular basis.
Evaluate sales pipeline and analyze win/loss reason for large opportunities for continue improvement.
Accountability #3: People
Maintain current knowledge of belt drive products, manufacturing processes and market dynamics.
Identify and develop industry specialists to enable transition to value selling.
Communicate end market specific strategies and results to senior management and stakeholders.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This is an individual contributor role that works with multi discipline team to drive product line management.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS/ QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
A degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university is a must.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in industrial market, at least 5 years in mechanical power transmission industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in belt drive product application. Additional sales/marketing or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Proven record in driving cross-functional teams in execution product line strategy.
