BIM Modeler - Mechanical

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Modeler with a strong background in building projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing mechanical models using Revit and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, detailed mechanical designs for complex building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage mechanical models for building projects, ensuring all models align with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, including architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines, to integrate mechanical designs seamlessly.
• Utilize Revit software to create detailed mechanical models, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Review and validate mechanical designs for accuracy and compliance with project requirements and relevant codes.
• Identify and resolve clashes and issues in the mechanical models through collaboration with other team members.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation and participate in project meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in mechanical modelling for building projects, preferably in the Middle East region.
• Proven expertise in Revit MEP, with advanced modelling and detailing skills.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems design, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards relevant to building projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
