Job Description

We are looking for a BIM Modeler Revit Mechanical to work in our new Global Design Center based in Hyderabad; India.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain BIM workflows, protocols, and standards for the Mechanical Engineering Team.
Coordinate with BIM specialists, technicians, and managers across different teams to ensure consistency in BIM practices.
Implement and contribute to the company s quality plan.
Organize, configure, and maintain BIM projects.
Manage Revit project production, content, and standard library objects.
Coordinate multidisciplinary models and ensure accuracy at all times.
Perform clash detection using software like Navisworks, create search sets, and produce clash reports.
Resolve clashes and interferences during the clash detection and BIM coordination modelling process.
Lead and manage a team of Mechanical CAD/Revit Technicians.
Provide day-to-day BIM technical support to engineers.
Mentor team members on core BIM design systems and company best practices.
Ensure adherence to company procedures, standards, and workflows.
Review and prepare BIM Execution Plans, BIM Scope of Work, and contractual documents.
Liaise between project teams, clients, and consultants to facilitate effective communication.
Present design issues and model changes clearly and professionally.

Job Description

Work in the Digital Delivery Group, under the direction of Digital Leads, and translate design works into BIM.
Be responsible for complete BIM modelling and reviews, drawing production, and BIM-CADD standard enforcement on a variety of assignments, specifically with a focus on Mechanical (MEP-Building Services and Process Mechanical.
Work closely with Project/Design managers and Design Engineers to help review layout and deliver quality project deliverables.
Be confident with setting up, configuring, and working on Common Data Environment (CDE); Manage title block and revision data integrations within the CDE; Develop project specific review and approval automations within CDE.
Document project BIM-CAD delivery within the Engineering Technical Execution Plan.
Support project teams through design and construction phases, and assist with digital delivery scope, schedule, and budget.
Organize and manage project BIM-CAD files in the associated CDE.
Develop project specific BIM-CAD template files and discipline BIM content and configurations.
Assist discipline BIM leads with software configuration, content creation and data management.
Implement Client standards and project workflows to accommodate Client specific BIM-CAD and data deliverables.
Create, supervise & review 3D models using specialized software, such as Revit and AutoCAD.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design plans and specifications.
Using BIM software, generate 2D drawings and documents, such as floor plans, sections, and details.
Analyze and interpret building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with industry and ISO 19650 Standards.
Support digital leads to coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that project plans are followed and that all necessary materials and resources are available.
Identify potential conflicts or issues in the design process and work to resolve them.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Develop and manage the federated project model for design, clash, and quality review.
Prepare drawing packages for QA-QC reviews and Client submissions.
Develop cross discipline general drawings, general legends, submission index and cover sheets.
Develop project specific drawing borders for associated software.
Document control for all design stage deliverables and archives.
Provide drawing/modeling progress updates and quality audits.
Assist in preparing InfraWorks models for client presentations.
Plan and develop of BIM integrated asset data and documentation collection.
Planning and management of record models for project lifecycle and client information handover.
Other duties as required.

Candidates must have the right to work locally in Hyderabad together with 5+ years relevant work experience and good English communication skills.
