Responsibilities:
Application Configuration:
Configure and install custom applications, modules, and plugins.
List Layout, Forms, business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, and other customizations.
Configure and optimize ServiceNow Workspaces, visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
ServiceNow Modules:
Extensive hands-on experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, Custom Portals, and HRMS Portal.
Maintain service catalog items, workflows, and fulfilment processes.
Configure HR workflows and integrations with HR / PAC systems.
Data Management:
Perform data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
Should analyse application logs for troubleshooting.
Instance Management:
Manage update set migrations between instances (lower to higher).
Perform scheduled jobs, and instance health checks.
Quality Assurance for Custom Applications:
Validate custom ServiceNow applications and ensure they meet business requirements.
Test configurations, workflows / flows, and customizations to ensure quality and functionality.
Integration Validation:
Test and validate REST APIs and complex integrations involving Integration Hub, custom spokes, and RPA.
Analyse and verify integration logs for troubleshooting.
System Testing:
Conduct end-to-end testing, including regression, functional, and performance testing.
Create, execute, and maintain test cases for all ServiceNow modules and applications.
Automation & Reporting:
Develop test automation scripts for ServiceNow features and workflows.
Document and report test results and track defects using appropriate tools.
Cross-Platform Knowledge:
Validate integrations with physical access systems like CCURE, Lenel, Genetec.
Test HRMS systems integration with platforms like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
Required Skills:
Software Analysis Design knowledge and a strong background in Software Quality Testing.
Strong expertise in testing ServiceNow applications.
Hands-on experience with REST messages, Integration Hub, and RPA workflows.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and validating complex integrations.
Experience in test automation and scripting for ServiceNow modules.
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management.
Knowledge of Access Control Systems (like CCure, Lenel AMAG)
Test Case Design, Test Planning and Estimation.
Experience in writing test specifications and test cases based on requirements and execution of test plans in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression and system testing.
Strong proficiency with ServiceNow latest versions and their features.
Expertise in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Service Catalog, and HRMS Portal.
Hands-on experience with custom applications, integrations, and portals.
Knowledge of import sets, transform maps, and data validation.
Advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integration).
Ability to configure and manage visualizations, reports, and custom dashboards.
Experience with test automation frameworks for ServiceNow.
Knowledge of scheduled jobs and debugging via logs.
Experience in advanced workspace configuration.
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like CMDB and Asset Management.
Should be familiar with new concepts like flows, decision matrix, spoke, flow actions.
Preferred Q ualifications:
Knowledge of physical access systems (CCURE, Lenel, Genetec and AMAG).
Experience with HRMS systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Integration Spokes and advanced features.
