Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design engineering of heavy fabrications, including design calculations and material selection.
• Detail engineering for mechanical components, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Heavy engineering projects, requiring expertise in structural analysis and load calculation.
• TEMA (Total Equipment Management Approach) implementation for efficient plant operations.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Experience with Thermal Heat Exchanger Equipment Manufacturers is Preferable
• Design Calculations for design rating Heat Exchangers (using HTRI).
• Design Calculations (using PVElite) for heat exchangers.
• Proficient in heavy fabrication design software, such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge in TEMA & API standards for Shell & Tubes, Hairpins, Air Coolers and Plate.
