Warehouse - Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for Receipt and handling of Raw materials, Packaging materials, Solvents, cylinders and Finished Goods as per its storage condition.
2. Responsible for store Raw materials, Packaging materials, Solvents, cylinders and Finished Goods as per its storage condition.
3. Responsible for perform dispensing of Raw materials, Packaging materials, Solvents and cylinders then issue to user department.
4. Responsible for receipt, stock transfer and dispatch of domestic/export of Finished Goods.
5. Responsible for perform activities like: Receipt, Storage, Dispensing, Dispatch and Issuance related transaction in SAP.
6. Responsible for Gross weight verification and Dispensing of raw materials in WiNDS system.
7. Responsible for perform activity of daily weight verification, Monthly and quarterly calibration of weighing balance into warehouse by WiNDS system.
8. Responsible for perform the transactions of warehouse related activities in WiNDS and SAP system.
9. Responsible for perform activities related Unloading, Recirculation, Barreling and Dispensing in SCADA system for solvents.
10. Responsible for perform the transactions of warehouse related activities in SCADA system.
11. Responsible for preparation of Diluted Solvent, Recovered Solvent & Scrap sales invoice.
12. Responsible for receipt of Return Finished Goods Material and its relevant document.
13. Responsible for perform cleaning in dispensing areas before and after dispensing activity in warehouse.
14. Responsible for cleaning of dispensing accessories in warehouse.
15. To ensure proper scheduling and timely delivery of material from Warehouse to production area and other manufacturing locations.
16. Responsible for review temperature condition of area and co-ordinate with engineering dept. for timely preventive maintenance of equipment and its repairing.
17. To conduct stock audits for material accounting.
18. Responsible for Handling of Rejected, Expired, Returned Materials in warehouse.
19. To Ensure Re-Testing of Raw Material and Packing Material in warehouse.
20. Responsible for impart proper instruction to causal worker while performing activity like: loading, unloading, storing, dispensing, issuance and dispatch of materials in warehouse.
21. Responsible for verify the proper use personal protective equipment during performing any activity in warehouse.
22. Responsible for maintain proper storage and housekeeping conditions in the warehouse.
