Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to manage the onboarding, customization, and relationship management processes for new and existing accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless client experience, addressing client needs, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding New Accounts:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new accounts.
    • Ensure smooth integration of services or products, addressing client-specific needs during the onboarding phase.

Customizations for Accounts:
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate and implement customizations requested by new or existing clients.

    • Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of customized solutions.
  • Issue Management and Escalations:
    Act as the liaison for handling escalations or critical issues raised by existing accounts.
    • Work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly, maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities:
    Identify and explore potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
    • Proactively propose solutions or products that align with client goals and enhance their experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical mindset to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.

Additional Requirements:

  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
  • Occasional field meetings are required (on average 3-4 meetings per month).
