Summary of Position:

IT Systems Software Analysis & Programming focuses on programming & configuration of IT Systems Software (i.e. software for use in operating/controlling hardware and providing a platform for running internal end user/business applications).

The work includes:

Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for the IT System

Developing programming specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts

Writing code in lower-level programming languages to optimize the performance and efficiency of an organization s IT platform/infrastructure Configuring, customizing, diagnosing, and enhancing vendor systems software (e.g., operating systems software and utilities that manage access to peripherals, facilitate networking, manage memory allocation, manage file storage on hard drives, etc.)

Writing diagnostic programs to test integrated software/hardware systems and resolve system faults

Creating functional and technical documentation of systems software programs and code

CIAM Application(s) Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities :

As a CIAM Application(s) Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Application(s) running on CIAM platform. This role involves leading a team of professionals, ensuring seamless operation of IAM services offered to Consumer Facing Applications, and maintaining a secure and efficient access management system of consumers and User Experience.

The candidate should have broad knowledge of CIAM platforms fundamentals & integration mechanisms with customer facing application.

• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the Application(s) deployed in CIAM Platform
• Ensure the Onboarded applications are secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and enforce CIAM policies, procedures, and best practices to cater the needs of Applications and consumers
• Take responsibilities to perform hotfixes such as code & configurations
• Coach & Groom Junior team members to address the service incidents
• Perform code reviews and participate in refining the application development & deployment proce
• Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
• Administer consumer access rights, roles, and permissions in accordance with enterprise cyber security policies
• Establish and execute incident response procedures for applications & consumer related security incidents.
• Implement continuous monitoring and auditing of Consumers & Applications activities for suspicious or unauthorized access
• Analyze CIAM platform performance metrics and implement optimizations for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure the CIAM platform meets regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Generate and analyze reports on CIAM activities for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
• 6-10 years of extensive experience in IAM operations and administration, including experience with leading IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard IAM protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP, etc.).
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
• Experience in Agile software development practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
