Summary of Position:


Sales Effectiveness & Analytics work is focused on developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with sales processes and tools to improve sales force effectiveness including:
Selecting, managing and training on sales related systems and databases (e.g., CRM: customer relationship management systems, ETMS: electronic territory management systems, etc.)
Analyzing sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement
Assisting sales teams with sales reporting and individual account/sales territory planning
Developing territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan
May prepare & control commission incentive budgets

Key Responsibilities:

  • The CommEx Insights Manager is our experienced CommEx role to support analytics work at international level. It is an expert in analytics to drive consistent analysis and insight across regions incl. strategic product/New product performance deep-dive, Market Share forecast and analysis, Sales Incentive and SPIF payment analytics, sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • The role should have strong business acumen to identify and qualifying the impact of various business opportunity based on data.
  • The role provides and applies efficient action-oriented and innovative recommendations to drive sales, process efficiencies and optimize costs.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of total experience.

Focus + Specialization on Insighs led by International.

  • Be a generalist when it comes to markets, procedures, and franchises.
  • Drive go-to-market analysis and optimization and territory alignment ensure standardisation in the approach internationally.
  • Play role of advisor/consultant for CommEx associates
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements

Data & Data Quality

  • Identify data cleansing needs and quality improvements, collaborating with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Customer Operations/CDA & sales teams) to address SFDC customer data gaps
  • Coordinate data validation efforts locally in collaboration with relevant International Product Owner team.

Stakeholder Interactions

  • In interactions with International, region insight team, collect feedback, issues, and improvement opportunities on CommEx data and analytics, tools, and processes.
  • Ensure relevance of analytics deployed by consistently engaging with stakeholders in field and back office.
  • Deliver training locally for - Region and local team on relevant analytics based on needs.

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
