Telecaller / Call Officer For Visa Division

The primary function of the role is to attend to the calls from the Indian nationals & address the grievances faced by them.

Knowledge of Products of TRAVEL /VISA Industry is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Professionally and effectively employs Business Development skills to achieve targeted sales within stipulated Time Frame.
• Increase the sales and business mix from individual clients .
• Maintain an accurate and current database .
• Identify and develop sources of potential clients .
• Effective Client Management and relations .
• Be able to match appropriate services to clients requirements.
• Maintain the current and accurate knowledge of Services .
• Maintain high standard of personal presentation .
• Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism
• Meeting sales and revenue targets decided for the period.
