We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies for new schemes. This individual should have a strong background in marketing, a creative mindset, and a proactive approach to drive the success of our innovative programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for new schemes.
• Analyze consumer behavior and market data to develop insights for effective marketing strategies.
2. New Scheme Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create new schemes that align with company objectives.
• Work closely with product development teams to ensure the successful launch of new schemes.
3. Strategic Planning:
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans for new schemes, outlining objectives, target audience, messaging, and channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate new schemes into overall marketing initiatives.
4. Campaign Execution:
• Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for new schemes, including online and offline channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
5. Content Development:
• Create engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
6. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new schemes into overall business strategies.
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5-6 years in marketing, with a focus on new product or scheme launches.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
