Product Manager- IT Services

Candidate must have hands on Experience in SCRUM, AGILE & JIRA Methodology.

A Product Manager is responsible for the business management of a product and its commercial success.

Key responsibilities are to:

• Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with business objectives, reflecting market needs and company goals.
• Write high-level product requirements to guide development efforts.
• Continuously improve customer experiences through product enhancements and innovations.
• Plan and execute product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
• Translate business strategy into actionable product strategies, driving product success.
• Provide stakeholders with insights on the product and market landscape to inform decision-making.
• Identify and manage new and existing product partnerships to enhance offerings.
• Drive action throughout the organization to bring products to market efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with product marketing to provide insights on key differentiators and messaging.
• Manage product profitability and commercial success, owning the business case.
• Support the Product Owner and Product Marketer with their inquiries and needs.
• Work closely with marketing and sales departments to ensure product success and market growth.
• Assess market competition by comparing the companys products to competitors offerings.
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issue resolution.
• Introduce and market new products by developing integrated plans with sales and advertising.
• Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Lead product development, strategy, and redesign efforts from concept through launch.
• Provide management with product sales forecasts, special reports, and analyses.
• Identify potential products through market research and develop comprehensive product plans

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
