Counter Sales Executive

Requirements:

• Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Jabalpur.
• Experience: Prior sales experience is preferred, demonstrating a proven ability to engage with customers and achieve sales goals.
• Education: A graduate qualification is required to ensure a well-rounded educational background.
• Availability: Ability to work from 10:45 AM to 9:15 PM, Tuesday to Sunday, with Mondays off, accommodating the shop's operational hours.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Guide customers through selecting and purchasing jewelry, offering advice and answering questions to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Area Maintenance: Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets set by the management to contribute to the shops success.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure a cohesive and positive shopping environment.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process cash transactions and manage financial records as part of daily operations.
