We are looking for a Business Analyst to manage data integrations and ensure seamless connectivity between business applications. In this role, you will analyze company-wide data, create dashboards, and provide actionable reports to guide business decisions. You will also optimize data processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver insights that drive operational efficiency.

Your ability to bridge technical and business needs, combined with excellent communication skills, will be key to ensuring smooth workflows and effective decision-making across the organization. Staying updated on industry trends will also help you enhance our data practices and support business growth.

• Oversee and execute data integration tasks, ensuring accuracy and seamless connectivity between systems.
• Analyze company-wide data, create dashboards, and generate reports to guide business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements for new processes and integrations.
• Enhance data workflows and processing efficiency, maintaining high levels of data integrity.
• Work with business units to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Resolve data-related issues and support data integration and reporting tasks.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and tools to improve data practices.

What we are looking for

• Analytical Expertise: You excel at interpreting data and drawing actionable insights.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is essential. Familiarity with tools like Metabase, Tableau, or similar BI platforms is a plus. Experience with application integrations and ensuring data accuracy is desirable.
• Business Analysis Skills: You have experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: You approach challenges with a methodical and results-oriented mindset.
• Communication Skills: You can effectively convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
