Manager/Senior Manager Pre-Sales

Position: Pre-Sales Manager


Location: Hyderabad


Experience: 8+ years in pre-sales roles, with expertise in instrumentation and industrial

automation (PLC, SCADA, CNC, etc.)


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Engagement:

  • Understand the clients manufacturing processes and pain points.
  • Analyze existing infrastructure, including hardware and software systems.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand project

requirements.


2. Technical Assessment:

  • Perform detailed plant assessments to identify opportunities for digital

transformation.

  • Evaluate existing PLCs, SCADA systems, CNCs, and other industrial

hardware for integration.

  • Determine the feasibility of open port configurations and hardware

solutioning.


3. Solution Scoping and Design:

  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various manufacturing

processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions using Facttwins

products.

  • Prepare detailed project scopes, proposals, and solution roadmaps.

4. ROI and Business Case Development:

  • Develop ROI calculations and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
  • Present compelling business cases to clients to secure project buy-ins.

5. Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align technical and

business objectives.

  • Assist in proposal preparation, presentations, and product demonstrations.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project progress.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports as required.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles in industrial

automation.

  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, CNCs, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in hardware solutioning, including evaluating and integrating plant

infrastructure.

  • Excellent analytical skills to define KPIs and develop ROI calculations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple client engagements.
