We are in the process of identifying a seasoned FMCG marketing professional for the position of Brand Manager for one of the leading personal care brands in India .
This position will be based at the organization's corporate headquarters at Ahmedabad and will provide you with an opportunity to be associated with one the leading FMCG brands in the country.

The company has been contributing to the health of Indians since 1988 with a strong portfolio of Sugar and Butter substitutes, Natural cosmetics, Nutraceutical beverage mix and well care products in their personal care range. All the products are market leaders in their categories.
Position: Brand Manager
Reporting to: Category Head
Role Purpose:
1. The role serves the purpose of managing & improving the performance of the assigned brand by
2. Planning & driving execution of annual & interim projects for the brand
3. Aiding on conceptualization & set up of a product pipeline for future (NPD)
Key Activities:
- Ideate & contribute in drawing the roadmap for the Brand in the short term (1-2 Years)
- Discover new / changing insights by working with the CMI Team & Agency to understand evolving consumer needs
- Ideate & contribute to planning of on going projects, initiatives (NPD, Launch, Re-positioning etc.)
- Co-ordinate with Market research agencies, Ad agencies and internal functions on execution of project plan
- Drive on ground execution with Sales function & track success parameters
- Track Brand Health regularly & highlight information of relevance to upcoming / future work on the brand
- Aid Category Head in the preparation of the Annual budget
- Lead & contribute to streamlining & improving internal processes, routines basis industry Best Practices, developments in the field of Consumer Marketing
Key Internal Interactions:
- On alignment of monthly / quarterly / annual plans for the brand
- Time to time driving of back end actions basis business plan
- Coordination for planned production / changes / additional business ask & its timely delivery
- Approvals & payments to direct vendors
Key External Interactions: Relationship Management, Coordination / Influence / Negotiation with marketing, advertising and media agencies
