We are seeking an accomplished Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in North India. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans for the Food Ingredients division in North India, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation within the food ingredients sector.
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to foster business growth and collaboration.
Establish ambitious sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting progress and recommending areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging market dynamics within the food ingredients domain to ensure sales strategies remain relevant and compliant.
Manage budgets, resources, and expenses effectively to optimize divisional profitability and return on investment.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the Food Ingredients divisions products and services.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the food industry, preferably focusing on food ingredients.
A Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong leadership qualities and proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals.
In-depth understanding of the food ingredients market, including market dynamics, product range, and regulatory requirements.
