Manager Content Development

Job Position Summary:

A Content Development Manager in the training academy will be

responsible for creating, curating, and managing high quality material

to support training programs. The role involves working closely with

subject matter experts and trainers to develop engaging content

tailored to the needs of the learners.

Key responsibilities:

• Design content (Classroom & E-learning) & communication

for the Akasa Air Learning Academy Programs

• Collaborate with subject matter expert teams & vendors to

ensure best in class content creation.

• Review, evaluate and provide recommendations for improving

training programs

• Measure content effectiveness

• Explore, analyze and integrate new/future creative

opportunities

• Assess external changes in the marketplace to successfully

bridge the gaps for opportunities of improvement.

Desired Qualification/certifications:

• Instructional Design Experience mandatory

• Preferred experience using Adobe Photoshop, Articulate,

Canva.

• Bachelors Degree required, masters degree preferred

(Performance, Learning & Development, Organizational

Development Preferred)

Preferred relevant work experience:

Overall 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development with 3-4

years of experience in Content Development
