Job Description

Work Locations: Bangalore, Mysore

Prefer: Immediate to within 30 days joiners

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support professional with Japanese language proficiency (both verbal and written) to provide IT Helpdesk technical support. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot IT issues, ensure system efficiency, and collaborate with global teams to support users in Japan.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring smooth system operations.
  • Handle technical queries in Japanese and English, ensuring effective communication with users.
  • Perform system updates, patch management for the end user devices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve IT issues efficiently.
  • Document technical processes and maintain logs for issue tracking and resolution.
  • Support hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.

Required Skills (Mandatory):

  • Proficiency in Japanese language (both verbal and written) and English.
  • Strong experience in IT support, troubleshooting, VPN support, remote printer support, password reset.
  • Hands on experience in Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Additional Skills required:

  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) is a plus.
  • Prior experience of working in Insurance domain will be an added advantage

Experience:

  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in IT helpdesk support.
  • Prior experience supporting Japanese clients or working in a bilingual IT environment.

Shift Timings:

  • Willingness to work in 24/7 shift
