Job Description
Web Synergies is looking for a dynamic professional to join our Global Helpdesk Support Team.
Role Requirements:- Provide Level 1 support with opportunities to grow to Level 2/3.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, ticket entry, resolution, and escalation.
- Support change release management, SLA/OLA tracking, and customer onboarding.
- Work on automation, continuous improvement, documentation, and training.
- Ensure 24x7 support for a diverse customer base.
- Proficiency in Japanese (N2/N3 certified or NAT N3).
- Graduate qualification (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BCA/any graduate).
- 1-2 years experience in helpdesk/infrastructure technical support.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and ITIL foundation certification (advantageous).
- Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.
