Job Description
- Designing and implementing secure network architectures for new and existing products
- Developing and maintaining security guidelines, procedures and standards that can be implemented across the product
- Evaluating and recommending network and security technologies that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Identifying and mitigating network and security risks threats in current product architecture and implementation and suggest remedies.
- Reviewing code - C,C++, Python and Go and come up with standards and processes to code quality.
- Have Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-10 years of professional experience in network engineering and security roles
- Have good knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs,
- Experience with VPN software, virtualized appliances on various hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and identity and access protocols and software.
- Experience in multiple programming languages - C,C++, Python and Go with an alignment towards
- Experience in Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues
- Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Growth is l'il slow , compensation is good but needs re-evaluation based on inflation. Compensation used to be good once but just average now looking at current compensatio of good product based companies in market.
