Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer , you will be responsible for:

Leading and developing a team through hiring, training, coaching and mentoring.
Working on the virtualization stack (QEMU, QAPI, QMP) and VM optimization.
Researching, proposing, and integrating relevant open-source projects based on product objectives
Providing technical expertise and leadership for your team.
Developing and Engineering on the software running on the hosts in our data centers

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have 5 years of relevant experience or a Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience having written highly available and optimized software running on large distributed production environments.
Demonstrate your experience on developing software that solves problems on QEMU, Scheduling, Live migrations, memory organization, API, debugging, async IO
Be proficient in writing organized, efficient, and well documented code in in any(but not limited) of the following language( Perl, Python, Go.)
Have experience designing abstract software architectures from ideas through implementation and creatively apply domain experience to solve technical challenges
Have Excellent communication and documentation skills
