Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, promoting our solar ongrid inverters, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Activities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote solar ongrid inverters.
• Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Address customer queries, provide product demonstrations, and ensure excellent after-sales support.

Market Analysis:

• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and industry trends.
• Suggest improvements and strategies for boosting sales performance.

Reporting:

• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
• Provide updates on lead conversion, visits, and closures.
• Candidate Requirements:

Education: Any graduate:

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Other Requirements:
• Valid driving license.
• Candidate must own a bike for field visits.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 14k-20k (Depends on interview)
