Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Sherman Energy Limited. The candidate will focus on selling solar energy solutions to commercial and industrial clients in the Delhi NCR region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for renewable energy and prior experience in the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential commercial and industrial clients for solar energy solutions.
  2. Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses and industries.
  4. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  7. Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  8. Provide after-sales support and address client queries effectively.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to renewable energy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of solar energy solutions and explain them to clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the Delhi NCR region as required.
