We are hiring for a Solution Architect / IT Head with 10+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Linux, DevOps, cloud computing, infrastructure management, and overall IT Security Management and system administration.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives.

- Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.

- Manage and implement DevOps practices to automate IT processes and ensure continuous delivery.

- Champion best practices for IT security, ensuring data integrity and system protection.

- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend strategic investments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and solution architecture.

- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing complex IT solutions.

- In-depth expertise in Linux administration, DevOps methodologies, and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

- Strong understanding of IT security best practices and experience with security tools.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Passion for innovation and staying current with the latest IT trends.

Bonus Points :

- Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
