Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for essential oils in industries such as aromatherapy, incense, flavour, perfumery, wellness, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Travel pan India to meet potential and existing clients, conduct product demonstrations, and participate in trade fairs or exhibitions.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, customer interactions, and order statuses.
• Coordinate with the factory team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide feedback to the management on market response, customer needs, and new product suggestions.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Botany or a related field.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in essential oils, fragrances, cosmetics, FMCG, or wellness.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across India (80% travel required).
• Knowledge of essential oils, fragrances, and their applications is preferred.
