Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, acquire new clients, and boost sales for our IT products. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and outbound strategies.

* Client Acquisition: Approach potential clients, present IT product solutions, and secure new business deals.

* Sales Strategy Execution: Assist in the creation and implementation of sales strategies to meet business goals.

* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.

* Product Demonstration: Conduct product demos and explain technical aspects to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.

* Sales Pipeline Management: Track and update sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.

* Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback to improve sales tactics.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align on lead quality and product positioning.

Requirements:

* For BDE:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  
• Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  

* Common Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
