Retail Sales Officer (RSO)/ Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Officer (RSO) with 1-4 years of experience in the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, product knowledge, and a passion for luxury retail. They will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry products.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of different jewelry types, including gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other luxury pieces.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by engaging customers and closing sales effectively.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and build a strong customer base through networking and follow-ups.
• Assist in visual merchandising, inventory management, and store upkeep.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-4 years in jewelry sales or luxury retail.
• Education: Graduation is a must; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
