Retail Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for smart energetic Retail Sales Assistant for our retail store cum clinic. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase store growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Achieve store sales targets.
• Maintain outstanding store and visual merchandising standards. Maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain Inventory and Manage point-of-sale processes (Billing).
• Keep up to date with product information and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Calling up customers from previous data and lining up patients for Doctor consultation.

Cash handling and daily depositing cash to bank.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in retail sales and confident of achieving sales targets.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Good communication skills.
• Quick learner.
• Must possess basic store administration skills.
• Should have previous store cash handling experience.
• Flexible to work anywhere in Kolkata & Howrah

Preferably male candidates.
